The Haysville Education Foundation is proud to fuel creativity in the classroom through our Innovation Grants. These grants give teachers the chance to bring fresh ideas to life—ideas that inspire students, build excitement for learning, and go beyond the everyday.
Each year, HEF awards grants of up to $1,000 to support projects that:
- Spark innovation and creativity in teaching
- Align with the district curriculum and the Community Strategic Plan
- Make a lasting impact on students and classrooms

Each and every staff member at USD 261 plays an integral role in making a difference in the lives of our students. Year after year, our staff give so much of their time and effort towards improving the quality of education for our students. We are inspired by the generosity and enthusiasm that they put forward in order to support the foundation.

The Barn Bash is the foundation's largest donation drive. It allows the foundation to fund Innovation Grants, sponsorship opportunities, and more.
This year’s event will include live music, a chicken fried steak dinner, and everyone’s favorite - wine & whiskey pull!
We’re rounding up the posse and heading south to a whole new barn: Kansas Star Casino.
Sure, technically it’s a ballroom. But we promise there will be boot scootin and maybe a little hootin and hollerin depending on how competitive the auctions get!
Ticket info coming soon.
