About Our Business Office

The Haysville USD 261 business department is dedicated to the careful management of district resources, which are provided through a combination of state aid, local property taxes, and student fees (including both enrollment fees and meal purchases).

The district’s strategic plan informs all discussions and decisions regarding the allocation of these limited resources. The Kansas State Department of Education maintains comprehensive financial data for all school districts in Kansas.

Requesting a Paper Copy of Your 1095-C Form

The 1095-C form is a tax document related to health insurance coverage. It is provided by large employers and shows whether health coverage was offered to you and your dependents during the calendar year, as required under the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

You do not need this form to file your taxes. It is provided for your personal records only and should be kept with your tax documents.

Employees who would like to receive a paper copy of their 1095-C form must submit a request.

KPERS - All eligible employees (who average more than 18 hours per week consistently) of Haysville USD 261 are automatically enrolled as KPERS members. 6% of your pay is contributed, plus matching funds from the State of Kansas.
