Welcome to our School-based Health Clinic, where KU Wichita Pediatrics, KU Wichita Medical Practice Association, and USD 261 Haysville Public Schools proudly serve the students, families, and staff of the Haysville School District. Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality healthcare in a safe and supportive environment that promotes wellness, academic success, and overall well-being.

Conveniently located within the district, our clinic provides comprehensive primary care services for all children ages 0-21 who live within the Haysville School District boundaries, as well as all district staff members. Our primary care services include wellness exams, sick visits, management of chronic conditions, immunizations and vaccinations, sports and school physicals, preventive screenings, and routine health care needs for patients of all ages. Several on-site laboratory services are provided through LabCorp for patients when needed.

In addition to primary care, we offer mental health services, including therapy and medication management, to support our patients' emotional and behavioral well-being. Our goal is to provide whole-person care that supports both physical and mental health in a convenient, welcoming setting close to home and school.

Our dedicated team is committed to delivering compassionate care and promoting healthy, confident, and ready-to-succeed students in the classroom and beyond. We believe that healthy students and staff create stronger schools and communities.

We look forward to partnering with families, educators, and the community to support healthier futures for all.

Krista Weaver, APRN

Say hello to Krista Weaver, APRN, FNP-C! Krista has been part of our SBHC team since day one. She earned her nursing degree from Newman University and her master’s from Graceland University.

Krista not only cares for patients but also helps keep the clinic running smoothly day-to-day. She brings over 10 years of experience in pediatric cardiology and loves working with kids and families.

She’s proud to call Haysville home after moving here from North Dakota during high school. When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and son, enjoying the outdoors, cheering on WSU men’s basketball, or hanging out with friends and family. She’s also a big dog lover—her pups Layla and Luna keep her busy!

Elizabeth Lewis, MD

Elizabeth Lewis, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained family medicine specialist with expertise in sports medicine and adolescent care.  She earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, MO. Dr. Lewis then furthered her training with a family medicine residency at Via Christi Family Medicine in Wichita, KS, and a fellowship in sports medicine at Via Christi Sports Medicine in Wichita. Dr. Lewis enjoys getting to know her patients on a personal level and providing general medical and sports medicine care to support their multifaceted needs. She lives in Wichita with her husband, daughter and their golden retriever.  She loves serving the Haysville community at the HV SBHC!

Dr. Camp

Dr. Camp joined SBHC in September 2025 and brings a passion for caring for kids and supporting families every step of the way. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at the University of Kansas–Wichita.

Inspired by his own childhood health journey, Dr. Camp chose pediatrics to give back and make a difference. He loves focusing on preventative care and helping kids stay healthy, and he believes strongly in working together with families to make the best decisions for their child’s care.

When he’s not in the clinic, you can find him spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs—usually outdoors, BBQing, or fishing.

KU Wichita Medical Practice Association bills for all services provided by the SBHC USD 261 Haysville. Most major insurances, including Medicaid/KanCare, are accepted. Your services will be billed to your insurance on file, and any remaining deductibles or co-insurance will be billed to the responsible party. If you have any concerns regarding payment for services, please reach out to us. All USD 261 students will be seen regardless of the ability to pay. If your child does not have health insurance, the SBHC can assist through our partnership with Healthy Kansas Kids. Contact us at (316)554-2317 for more information.
