Haysville Public Schools USD 261 serves students and families across 36 square miles in south-central Sedgwick County. As the 18th largest school district in Kansas, we offer the opportunities of a larger district while maintaining the close-knit feel of a supportive community.

USD 261 includes six elementary schools, two middle schools, Campus High School, Haysville High School/Tri-City Day School, and specialized programs designed to meet the diverse needs of all learners. From early childhood education to college and career readiness, we are committed to helping every student reach their full potential.

USD 261 is home to three National Blue Ribbon Schools: Campus High School (2013), Oatville Elementary School (2014), and Ruth Clark Elementary School (2017). Students benefit from rigorous academics, Career and Technical Education pathways, fine arts, athletics, and a variety of extracurricular opportunities that prepare them for success beyond graduation.

Relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Since implementing Capturing Kids' Hearts in 2012, we have intentionally built a culture where students feel connected, supported, and valued. This commitment led USD 261 to become the first school district in the nation recognized as a Capturing Kids' Hearts National Showcase District.

Our community's support continues to shape the future of our schools. In 2025, voters approved a bond initiative that will fund critical facility improvements, safety enhancements, and new construction projects across the district, ensuring exceptional learning environments for generations to come.
