• Provide a Sixth ECC through 5th Grade Elementary School
• The New Elementary School will accomodate up to 500 Students
• Bus & Car drop-off areas will be separated for student safety
• ECC through 2nd grade will have 4 Classrooms per Grade Level
• 3rd Grade through 5th Grade will have 3 Classrooms per Grade Level
• The Site is Approximately 15 Acres with a Fenced Playground Area
• A Boiler Chiller System will Provide Operational Efficiency
