CHS offers many venues for parents and patrons to check out what is happening at school. Along with this website, a monthly newsletter and school calendar is available on the web, and daily announcements are posted here. We invite and welcome you to our events.
CHS has been recognized as an "Exemplary Improving" National Blue Ribbon School. On September 24, US Secretary of Education Arne Duncan recognized 286 schools as the 2013 cohort of National Blue Ribbon Schools, based on their overall academic excellence or their progress in improving student academic achievement. "This is a great accomplishment for our school, the school district and the entire Haysville community," said Myron Regier, CHS Principal. "Our staff and students worked very hard to achieve this award by making learning a priority every day. We have great people and it is wonderful to see them recognized for all their hard work." read more...
