Any students entering grades 6-8 for the 2010-11 school year is eligible to attend our summer program. The program includes amazing field trips, great games, and many eduational activites. Summer Learning And Enrichment Activities

Don't let your kids forget all they've learned this year! Discover how to stop the summer brain drain and make learning a fun part of your everyday routine. There are many learning opportunities for your child, to list a few: visit museums, zoos and historical sites, visit the library, play board games or card games. Here is an entire list of activities you and your child can do to make learning a fun experience during the summer months.

 

USD 261 offers a couple of lists of safe web sites with good educational content . Many of these sites have games, stories and other fun activities that make learning seem like play.

Boys and Girls Club Extension Site Opens In Haysville

"Shine in 09" Summer Boys and Girls Club program to start at Haysville Middle School on June 22, 2009.  This program isopen to all Haysville students who will be in grades 6th-8th for the 09/10 school year.  Program includes breakfast and lunch and will run from 8AM-1PM, Mon- Thurs, June 22- July 30.  Fun recreation and educational activities and field trips are included.

Basketball Boot Camp

This camp will help you succeed in basketball through the development of a confident mind set, skill mastery, and self-discipline; and has a focused, intense curriculum aimed at helping participants maximize their athletic potential.
