Getting Ready for the 2017-18 School Year

Enrollment 2016

Current Students

A District-wide enrollment period takes place during the month of July each year as it is necessary for our student records to be updated with current demographics and permission forms, along with collecting the yearly enrollment fees.

For your convenience, Haysville Schools has Online Enrollment, which allows you to complete the enrollment process in the comforts of your own home. All returning and pre-registered students will enroll online. Watch for enrollment instructions to arrive in your mailbox at the end of June. The enrollment window is July 10 - 28, 2017. Fees may be paid online or returned by mail or in person to the Administration Office. Any outstanding fees must be paid prior to enrollment.

An Enrollment Station will be open at the Administration Building, July 10 - August 4, Monday through Thursday, closed on Friday, The hours are 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

No computer or internet access at home? No problem…computers and printers are available for enrollment at these public locations:

Families New To The District

Our goal is to make your transition into Haysville Schools a positive experience! We have friendly staff waiting to assist you with your transition into Haysville Schools. Beginning July 10th, an Enrollment Station will be open at our District Office, 1745 W Grand, Haysville for you to complete the paperwork needed for the start of school. You will be asked to provide proof of residency (e.g. rental agreement or a utility bill showing current address), immunization documentation, names/phone numbers/addresses for healthcare and emergency contacts, and previous school information when you enroll your child. Kansas regulations now require that we provide all parents with notice of policies regarding Emergency Safety Interventions ("ESI"). The State of Kansas policy is available on our website and in our student handbooks. In addition, we will provide a copy of the policy at any time upon request.

Come out to the Haysville Sonic on the last Tuesday of the month between the hours of 5-8 pm. A portion of the proceeds from those sales during those hours will go to HMS. The proceeds help fund our "Go Do It" activities and purchase gift cards that students can buy with their Hawk Bucks.
