New this year! The USD 261 Copy Shop is now open at The Learning Center and pleased to offer IKON Mail, copying and finishing services. Martha Linn is the Site Manager and will produce your copies promptly and deliver to your school. With questions call 554-2344 Ext. 118.

Having Problems sending the right format to the Print Shop?

Send any document as a pdf to the Print Shop by using CutePDF Writer from your File > Print menu. Click and run the following two files. Make sure you run the Converter first. During the installation of CutePDF Writer make sure you UNCHECK the checkbox to install additional browser toolbars if you don't want them!

Hot Spot Printing

Print from your Smartphone or Laptop to any of the HotSpot Printers within the Haysville Schools. All you need is an internet-enabled device. No need to download any drivers, install software or connect to a network. Get addresses to printers.

Be a YouthFriends Volunteer

YouthFriends volunteers prove that ordinary people can do extraordinary things. By spending time with students in schools. Learn more...

In USD 261 there are several volunteer opportunities:

One to One Mentor Match: Volunteer matched with a USD 261 student, meets with them 1 time per week for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Lunch Buddy: Volunteer matched with a USD 261 student to eat lunch with the student 1 time per week.

E-Mentor: Volunteer connects virtually through the Youth Friends Mentor Mail project to be matched with a Campus student from the Young Entreprenuer of Kansas class.

Boys and Girls Club: Looking for anyone to be able to share a skill, craft or trade with 6-8 grade students, meets with students ongoing 1 time per month on Mondays or just one time. i.e. kinitting/sewing, culniary arts, drumming, etc.
